When to contact us
- Order or payment issues — You didn’t receive a confirmation email, or you were charged but didn’t get a download link.
- Download problems — The link doesn’t work, the file is missing or corrupted, or you need access again after the link expired.
- Product questions — You’re not sure if a product fits your needs, what format it’s in, or whether you can use it for commercial or client work.
- Account or “My Purchases” — You can’t log in, or a purchase isn’t showing up in your account.
- Feedback or ideas — Suggestions for new products, categories, or how we can improve the platform.
What to include in your message
So we can help you quickly, please include:
- The email address you used for the order (or your account).
- The product name or order reference, if your message is about a specific purchase.
- A short description of what went wrong or what you need (e.g. “Download link expired”, “Wrong file in ZIP”).
